There are times when you need to have repair work on your PC, or you may want to upgrade parts of, or perhaps the whole machine. You need someone who knows the insides of your PC, but for that to happen, you in must take it into a service center. They work on it, and maybe you can pick it up in a couple of days. You then need to take it home (or back to the office), and have to set it all up again, only to find that the problem you were having was not fixed.
